The Times Center is sold as a full-venue rental including three distinct spaces — The Stage, The Hall, and The Lobbies. Rental rates are set by the hour, based on a minimum of six hours.

The Times Center sales manager will create a custom quote for the event. The quote will include estimated costs for the following:

  • Venue Rental
  • Staffing (Technicians, Front of House, Security)
  • A/V Rentals
  • Janitorial/Maintenance
Any outsourced equipment rentals, additional labor, cleaning services, loading dock fees, and similar expenses will be billed back to the Client.
